Looking for a part time Property Management role in the Geelong area? If you have had at least 2 years of property management experience, but are currently looking for a part time option, then this position may suit you!

To be successful in obtaining this role, you will need to demonstrate relevant experience in all facets of residential property management and also your ability to work in a close-knit, dynamic team environment.
Your role will support the senior property manager as well as agency management.
You would be working the equivalent of approximately three days per week with potential for increased hours in the future.
You will have:
– current Cert IV in Property Services (Agent’s Representative certificate),
– experience with Property Management software systems – preferably REST,
– experience with MS Office software – Outlook, Word, Excel
– a current driver’s licence
– can-do positive attitude.
