I originally met Gina when I purchased a Newtown property from her some 8 years ago. Whilst I was the purchaser and not the seller, the experience was extremely helpful to me, including ongoing advice. There was never a phone message or email not returned promptly.

Due to this, I then asked Prime to manage the property, which has now been 8 years. Their vetting of incoming tenants is amazingly thorough, and efficient, which has created longevity with tenants. At times when tenants have vacated, the amount of documentation and photographs are so well detailed. Inspections are thorough , tenant advice on maintenance is dealt with urgently , some with or without quotes, of which I am always given an option. Every invoice for work is always presented to me for sign off. Impressive.

My second property in Newtown, has also been managed by Prime for over 6 years.  The service on going on both is amazing.

Other experiences with agents I have for Melbourne properties are average. Failure to report maintenance issues, but even if advised, failure to report outcomes or invoice values. I only see values on end of month statements, without any detail .

Over the years Gina has given me great advice re the market and also with real estate law.

Overall the Prime team headed up by Gina and Orest is the most professional I have ever dealt with along with their friendly nature, and I highly recommended Prime over and above others in Geelong.
